Strathalbyn Farms Club
Thank you to all who attended or supported Field & Farms Sporting Clays 2018! This unique event took place on September 14, 2018 at the beautiful Strathalbyn Farms Club in Weldon Springs. Field & Farms Sporting Clays was presented by Moneta Group and Jeff Wist served as Honorary Chairman.
Field & Farms began at noon with Strathalbyn’s famous fried chicken lunch. Shoot participants spent the afternoon competing on the 14-station, 100 shot clays course in teams of three. Non-shooters were able to participate in a Paint Party by Painting with a Twist in O’Fallon, MO. The shoot and paint party were immediately followed by a cocktail hour awards ceremony, hosted by master of ceremonies Rene Knott of KSDK 5 on Your Side.
Prizes were awarded to the top three teams and top individual. The exciting live auctioned featured a weekend trip to Innsbrook, a chef’s dinner for 10 by Rick Lewis of Grace Meat + Three, a golf package, Carrie Underwood tickets, and a week in the Grand Cayman’s. All funds raised from Field & Farms go directly to supporting The Haven’s core programs that provide a safe, nurturing home, educational programs and long-term support to young, homeless pregnant women and their children.
