Congratulations to Fred O’Dell– The Haven of Grace’s Employee of the Month!

December’s Employee of the Month!

Fred’s case management position includes processing intakes for new residents, making sure moms and children get to and from doctor’s appointments, meeting weekly with the moms for goal planning, providing resources that connect moms to partner agencies for services like employment leads, state benefits, legal services, daycare providers, W.I.C. (a supplemental nutrition program for women, infants, and children), health insurance providers, and more.  He also grocery shops for the Haven, gets lunch meals started, and facilitates transportation.

Outside of work, Fred likes creative cooking and trying new restaurants.  He also likes gardening and working on computers and automobiles.  Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his children; two boys 8 and 9, and his 7-year-old daughter.
