Memorial and Tribute Gifts
Memorial and tribute gifts are a wonderful way to honor a friend, colleague or loved one while also supporting the mission of The Haven of Grace. Gifts may range from $25 to $25,000 to support a cause that reflects the passion of the person being honored.
When making a memorial or tribute, please provide the full name and address of the person you are honoring so that we may send a card acknowledging the gift. Unless you prefer otherwise, these gifts will also be listed n our newsletter and annual report.
Gifts of Stock
Gifts of Appreciated Stocks or Bonds to Benefit The Haven of Grace
To make a donation of stock, the donor’s broker will need to contact The Haven of Grace’s broker.

Documentation Needed from the Donor
A document is needed from the donor’s broker indicating the transfer of stock from the donor’s broker to The Haven of Grace’s broker and must contain the following information:
- Name and address of donor
- Name of security or securities
- Number of shares transferred
- Date of donation (transfer date)
- Market value on the date of the donation
This document should be obtained by the donor and forwarded to:

The Haven of Grace’s Responsibility
- The Haven of Grace will receive written documentation on the sale of the stocks or bonds, the number of shares sold and the value of the sale.
- The Haven of Grace will send receipt of the donation, along with the Maternity Home Tax Credit form (if applicable) and instructions on its completion to the donor.

Attention, Schnucks shoppers! Request a Schnucks eScrip Community Card from your local Schnucks service desk or contact The Haven by e-mail or phone at 314-621-6507 to have a card mailed to you.
Good Search
The Haven of Grace recently joined a program that donates money to our organization every time you search the Internet or shop online. Sound too good to be true? Keep reading for more details!
We have partnered with GoodSearch.com, an Internet search engine that donates half its advertising revenue, about a penny per search, to the charities its users designate. The search engine is run by Yahoo, so it operates like the search engines you’re used to, but better! If you choose The Haven of Grace as your charity, we could earn hundreds of dollars each month.
The second part of this program is GoodShop.com. It’s a new online shopping mall with stores like Amazon, Target, Gap, Best Buy, ebay, Macy's, Barnes & Noble, and more. Just like GoodSearch.com, this online shopping site will donate up to 37% of each of your purchases to The Haven of Grace.
